Shipping & Delivery
Amp Research will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process.
Title (ownership) and risk of loss or damage to the products will pass on to you when your order ships.

Returns & Refunds
Amp Research wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused, uninstalled items in their original condition for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Custom, special order, or made-to-order products are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

Amp Research will provide you with return shipping instructions. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Amp Research. Any applicable refund will be processed once the returned item is received at our fulfillment center.
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the receipt of your return for the refund to be processed. Refunds are processed in the original form of payment.
Limited Warranty
Amp Research provides limited warranties on select products. Please refer to your product’s listing page for applicable warranty information.
The limited warranty covers material and manufacturing defects of products purchased from Amp Research. The warranty period begins on the original purchase date. If a defect arises during the warranty period, Amp Research will either repair or replace the product at our discretion.
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
- Products that were improperly installed, stored, or maintained

Customers are responsible for shipping fees to return defective products to Amp Research. We will cover the cost of shipping repaired or replacement products back to the customer.
